Automate workplace

A recent survey by ServiceNow shows that a majority of European companies have a highly automated workplace. Almost half of the surveyed managers indicate that they will need even more automation in 2018 to handle the increasing amount of work. The research also shows that with more automation, both financial growth and higher productivity can be realized. Mapping machines, robots or automated processes for daily work stimulates revenue growth and creates new jobs.

Dave Wright (photo), Chief Innovation Officer of ServiceNow, indicates that NowForum shows how ServiceNow customers transform their businesses by simplifying and automating work and applying the latest developments. Wright: “Machine learning is currently playing an important role, and is an important impetus for digital transformation in IT, security, HR and customer service within companies.”
