KPMG expands its global strategic collaboration with ServiceNow in the Netherlands. The companies want to jointly bring intelligent business and automation solutions to the Dutch market.
The collaboration focuses on automating and integrating non-consolidated processes within companies that pursue a more efficient way of working. This will create a sharper focus on the value chain in their activities, especially in complex processes that occur with many major global organizations.
The alliance means for the Dutch market that KPMG shares its broad market experience and domain-specific knowledge with ServiceNow. In addition, KPMG will position ServiceNow as a preferred provider for services such as:

- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Global Business Systems (GBS)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
ServiceNow makes available its technology and positions KPMG as one of its global strategic partners for any customer or prospect that needs transformation services. With regard to GRC and Security Operations, KPMG and ServiceNow will help customers improve their cyber resistance and attitude towards risks. The collaboration enables customers to reduce business risks, to identify and reduce unclear costs. In addition, the companies combine technology from ServiceNow and KPMG’s transformation services.
